This 50ml glass bottle of 1670 Rouge Hematite (scarlet red) ink was first released in 2010 in celebration of Jacques Herbin's 340th anniversary, and contains a gold shimmer/sheen. Each bottle cap is hand dipped in sealing wax, with a stamped 1670 seal on the front of the bottle, and is individually packaged in a collector edition box. Rouge translates to red, and Hematite is an iron ore that when pulverized into a powder, can be used as red pigment.
